RacinX Terms and Conditions:

Your usage of this site indicates that your acceptance of these terms and conditions. RacinX Inc reserves the right to make changes to this site
and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to visitors and customers.

RacinX encourages customers to inspect all shipments for damages before signing anything. By signing, you agree to the shipper and RacinX that all packages are in good order and acceptable condition. Once the package is delivered and signed for, RacinX will not accept liability. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all orders unless it is under warranty and the product is damaged due to shipping.

If damage has occurred, note such damage on the bill of lading, notify RacinX immediately by phone at (904) 714-0804 for approval to refuse the package. If damage is not readily visible, please take pictures of the damaged parts and the box and notify RacinX immediately.) NOTE: fiberglass is easily repaired and return/refusal of minor cracks, scuffs and scratches are not considered damaged.) RacinX will work with you to fix or replace your damaged part if the above-mentioned steps have been completed. Please contact us via email also at sales@racinx.com. Also note all damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Policy on Lambo Doors: All Lambo Door Kits are special order. Therefore unless it is a warranty issue RacinX will not accept any returns, nor issue credits. This applies also to the universal kits. Due to the fact that it is a universal kit and must be custom fit to your vehicle. The kits are nonrefundable.
